Board meets privately except for once a year; making many decisions without owner input. Most of the owners are retirees and resistant to increasing fees to ensure proper maintenance and reserve funds. Services are awarded to low-bid contractors that underperform (lawn and snow care). Maintenance requests go unanswered while board members (and former board members) get extra maintenance. Communications are random and inconsistent. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

The architectural guidelines that you are given when deciding to purchase in the community are not used. The HOA makes up rules that are not in the guidelines and does not follow the process listed in the guideline. Very poor experience. Wish I never purchased in the community.
