Willow Creek Association Reviews

Board meets privately except for once a year; making many decisions without owner input. Most of the owners are retirees and resistant to increasing fees to ensure proper maintenance and reserve funds. Services are awarded to low-bid contractors that underperform (lawn and snow care). Maintenance requests go unanswered while board members (and former board members) get extra maintenance. Communications are random and inconsistent. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
