Illegally ran HOA, not given consent and not tied to anyone’s house titles or deeds. Just voluntarily adopted and registered with the state. Fight it! Ask for a list of members filed with Cowlitz County auditors records office! They won’t be able to do it! Smells of FRAUD!!

Illegally ran association!! Was registered without consent of half the neighborhood and not even tied to our home titles. Our original HOA lapsed and was dissolved so there actually isn’t an HOA here at all anymore. They try using fear tactics to govern. Board members are amateurs at best bored with their lives in retirement. MGMT CO is called “VIS GROUP INC” out of Lacey, Washington. Very poor reviews as well.
