This review is for the Racquet Club at Scottsdale Ranch. Fees for literally everything. I bought my place last year and I’m already thinking about selling it. The $490 a month HOA is crazy considering there is no guard at the gate, and the back gate has been broken (people can just walk onto our property not) for multiple weeks.
They are decent, never had many issues.
They are decent, never had many issues. Worst issue we ever had was a letter we received because our neighbor complained to them about a tree extending over the fence into their yard. I was more angry with my neighbor for not knocking on the door, so I could have my gardner fix it.
