We have lived here for many years and the current management and board are horrible.
We have lived here for many years and the current management and board are horrible. Wreckless spending, no accountability or enforcement of HOA standards, and management only works for board and not the residents. Snowbirds are taking over and destroying with constant construction and noise. I look forward to the day I move and can’t recommend this community if you want to live in a caring and peaceful environment.

We are a small friendly cul de sac of 17 homes, very quiet and while we have an HOA with rules people here are very accommodating and respectful of their neighbors.

They are decent, never had many issues.
They are decent, never had many issues. Worst issue we ever had was a letter we received because our neighbor complained to them about a tree extending over the fence into their yard. I was more angry with my neighbor for not knocking on the door, so ai could have my gardner fix it.
