Needs New HOA Board The HOA team seems very selective about which homeowners they choose to harass over grass maintenance, trash bins, and parking. Having someone hiding around taking pictures of my grass and my trash can is completely unnecessary, especially when my trash can had been outside for less than five hours on a day when it needed to be out anyway. My grass is cut every single week, yet there are homes throughout this community with lawns looking like a whole forest, and apparently no issue is being made about them. At this point, the enforcement feels extremely inconsistent and targeted. It also seems like homeowners of color are disproportionately being watched and cited, which is something that absolutely needs to be addressed. There needs to be more diversity and representation on the HOA board, including at least one person of color, because this selective enforcement is getting ridiculous. The only time we seem to hear from the HOA is when there’s a warning or fine attached, while everyone stays hidden behind emails. If rules are going to be enforced, they need to be enforced equally across the ENTIRE community, not just against certain homeowners.
