New random rules every Tuesday. When I first moved in they weren’t as bad, but this summer every few weeks we get a new letter filled top to bottom with rules. From no broken blinds to no working on your car to decorations must only be put up two weeks before the holiday to how long your dog leash must be to no music at the pool to two guest only at the pool(which is rarely ever crowded). And the list goes on and on… Literally feels like someone walking around making up rules as they walk by everyone’s house. I highly doubt that anyone hasn’t received a letter of some “wrong doing”.
