Community Decline and HOA Management Concerns. This place is noticeably going downhill already. There has been a high influx of residents with huge, loud pickup trucks and big-wheel vehicles. Combined with a lack of attention to property upkeep, the effect is noticeable. Everything from unkempt lawns, weeds, garbage cans always left out, parking on the street, and missing individual mailbox digits has become common. Additionally, this community has the absolute worst HOA management company in existence, Associa McKay. They contribute to the property’s decline and loss of value by not communicating effectively with homeowners and by not enforcing the rules and regulations. Residents are essentially paying for a community with standards and rules, but in actuality, there is little to no enforcement, resulting in rampant rule-breaking. It’s a sad situation.

Excessive billing for office supplies! Every sheet of paper used is charged at $2.00 per page. So, every time there is a new owner, you are charged for the paperwork. The welcome packet alone costs $225.00, and some months, these additional fees can double the management fee.

HOA used residents dues to pay for killing… The residents were at a majority against this and they used their money to kill over 500 innocent geese. They could have used that money for clean up services. I lived in that neighborhood for 20 years and the geese have never bothered me.

The Goose Murderer neighborhood! The HOA murders wildlife in this neighborhood. ! They just gassed to death over 550 geese from their man made ponds. Do not buy here !

Rich cowards who don't care to murder wildlife!!! Mass euthanization of wildlife due to inconvenience. Cowards hiding behind their wealth and status. Not following through with offers to help for FREE. Imagine slaughtering 550 innocent healthy geese and then trying to erase the public backlash. Absolutely cowardly. Claim to be a beautiful community surrounded by wildlife and the Joe Wheeler Wildlife Reservoir, until it becomes an inconvenience to the wealthy people and their sidewalks
