Community Decline and HOA Management Concerns. This place is noticeably going downhill already. There has been a high influx of residents with huge, loud pickup trucks and big-wheel vehicles. Combined with a lack of attention to property upkeep, the effect is noticeable. Everything from unkempt lawns, weeds, garbage cans always left out, parking on the street, and missing individual mailbox digits has become common. Additionally, this community has the absolute worst HOA management company in existence, Associa McKay. They contribute to the property’s decline and loss of value by not communicating effectively with homeowners and by not enforcing the rules and regulations. Residents are essentially paying for a community with standards and rules, but in actuality, there is little to no enforcement, resulting in rampant rule-breaking. It’s a sad situation.
