Power-hungry, vengeful, and incompetent people running this HOA.

Power-hungry, vengeful, and incompetent people running this HOA. I moved to HOA of Arrowhead Bay less than a year ago, and I could not be more disappointed with the HOA. They are currently operating the reserves at 10% of what is recommended, hiring family members for maintenance work, selectively making decisions that give their friends preferential treatment, and are all around hugely incompetent. People are intimidated by them. My fault for not researching their lack of financial responsibility beforehand. So, so sad.
