We are being over charged.

We are being over charged.. there is no actual justification for paying over $4 grand a month. The park looks like crap. They cut the big beautiful cotton wood trees down. So no shade and the grass is mostly weeds. And yet they keep sending these bills every year to pay., it is not an equal exchange..
