HOAs in Louisiana
Lafittes Landing
Lafayette, Louisiana
This HOA was outsourced to a management group who has no clue about the real world.
This HOA was outsourced to a management group who has no clue about the real world. HOA’s were designed to help property value yet the high school girl that manages this group is running people out of the neighborhood and more houses are being listed for sale than people moving in because no one wants to deal with the bullshit. I own 3 houses in the neighborhood and will be selling them all soon due to the senseless notices.
