Selective enforcement. Petty. Lack of fiduciary duty. Favortism. Mean spirited board members and property manager. Lack of knowledge and skill. Unprofessional
Canal Ridge
New Haven, Indiana
There is guy on Canal Ridge Dr.
There is guy on Canal Ridge Dr. that is a total dick. He goes around yelling at all the neighbors and then if you don't do what he says he will report you to the city. The city then threatened to put a lien on our house. Before we moved some old man was going around taping notes to peoples doors telling them to mow their grass. It’s a crappie community.

Indiana HOA Questions
Q1:What law governs HOAs in Indiana?

It depends on the governing documents. Indiana law generally requires HOAs to follow the fine schedule in their rules. Many Indiana HOAs issue a warning before imposing fines for first-time violations.
