A Positive Review for a Great Management Company! It has been almost two years since we switched management companies to Folio Asset Management. This may be the best decision that we have ever made as an HOA. We are getting great service at a very reasonable rate. Disclaimer: I am the President of the HOA, and I can attest that the response time to inquiries is very fast. We have received excellent advice on issues that we encounter, and our CAM is somehow able to present all options or sides fairly. This is, in itself, an art. We get great recommendations for contractors that we need. In working with Folio, we managed to reduce our insurance cost last year by almost $20,000.00 while maintaining the same coverage and deductible. Also, Folio is able to manage Requests for Proposal from qualified contractors. I highly recommend Folio Asset Management.

Ineffective and fiscally irresponsible. Rec board members are out of touch individuals who have no right to have any authority. They constantly waste money and communication and transparency are non existent.

If you are looking at this Community don't buy unless you expect to be ignored, blocked or harassed till you move. The "click" in our Community beleives that you should let all the Karens run everything. If they dont like you or your belief or political values you will be treated poorly. Not in their group then you dont get approved on anything.The Community page on Facebook that we have is so biased on approval its not in your favor but theirs.They won't run me out like the rest of people who sold out.
