A Positive Review for a Great Management Company! It has been almost two years since we switched management companies to Folio Asset Management. This may be the best decision that we have ever made as an HOA. We are getting great service at a very reasonable rate. Disclaimer: I am the President of the HOA, and I can attest that the response time to inquiries is very fast. We have received excellent advice on issues that we encounter, and our CAM is somehow able to present all options or sides fairly. This is, in itself, an art. We get great recommendations for contractors that we need. In working with Folio, we managed to reduce our insurance cost last year by almost $20,000.00 while maintaining the same coverage and deductible. Also, Folio is able to manage Requests for Proposal from qualified contractors. I highly recommend Folio Asset Management.
