One of the most dysfunctional HOA's in the State of Washington! Pending future expensive assessments to cover costs for a dock and paved road which have not been properly maintained. The third asset is the water system which is state of the art system due to a previous water manager's persistence along with the Health Department's regulations. Self governing of this HOA has not been successful. All due to majority of members not wanting to budget for reserves for future repairs and/or replacement.

We have made so many advances over the last four months, it is amazing.

We have made so many advances over the last four months, it is amazing. A good proactive, educated and involved board can for sure turn things around. One major achievement is that we have gotten the management company to return late fees that were assessed incorrectly for about 100 members or the last two years.

They violate Florida Statues and even their own by-laws.

The board members have falsified documents in the election, have not produced requested documentation to prove proof of payment for an $82,000 lake renovation. They will not let homeowners speak their allocated three minutes per Florida law. The HOA and management company are uneducated individuals using their power to bully mostly the elderly homeowners

They are disgusting people who voted to have over 500 geese including baby geese euthanized.

HOA used residents dues to pay for killing… The residents were at a majority against this and they used their money to kill over 500 innocent geese. They could have used that money for clean up services. I lived in that neighborhood for 20 years and the geese have never bothered me.

Claim to be a beautiful community surrounded by wildlife and the Joe Wheeler Wildlife Reservoir, until it becomes an inconvenience to the wealthy people and their sidewalks
