Not at all what it's cracked up to be. Extreme rules, unfairly and unequally enforced. Several vindictive homeowners. The gate is really only for snobbery, as the codes are given out by kids, delivery, maids, landscapers...not remotely about security. There have been thefts and vandalism. Spoiled kids live there. They're always a problem. There are no ethical HOA management companies or legal firms in the region. They all work together, with the giant lobby CAI, to increase their powers and limit homeowner rights. The systems are designed to do just that, always at the expense of homeowners. In a big neighborhood poisonous people can be diluted, but in a small HOA like this, one mean apple can poison everything very quickly. Beware.
