Preserve at Smith Creek Reviews

I have lived in this community for close to 20 years. I've found it to be very nice very quiet and the people to be really polite and helpful. There are some individuals within our community however the field that they are entitled to just about anything and everything. We also have a group of people that do nothing but voice complaints, but don’t provide any kind of answers on how to address anything instead it’s up to the board to make those decisions. But overall, it’s a very, very nice place to live. I’d give it five stars.
