The culture of an organization starts at the top. Omega Association Management property manager made a mistake on my property that should have been fixed and paid for by the vendor who made it. I wrote multiple reasonably cordial emails to her requesting assistance and received no responses back. I cc'd the president on the last one. He blocked me. It would appear his response is indicative of the culture he has created and flows down to his staff. I cannot possibly provide anything but this negative review of this organization.
