This HOA board is out of control. Our property values are plummeting, Monthly dues are nearing $1000 a month for a very little amenities, special assessments and acting way Outside the law. They are conducting business and Changing the rules to skirt the AB 130 laws here in California. They only have two board members out of five so they don’t even have quorum.
