The condos and community are wonderful, but the owners and the HOA ARE HORRIBLE! There is currently a rat infestation that they are not taking care of, it’s very scary and disgusting! The residents here are hard working and friendly so they hope to get rid of IMPAC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT as soon as possible!
