HOAs in Hawaii
Hawaiiana Management Company Ltd
Waikoloa, Hawaii
They don’t even try to represent actual homeowners.
They don’t even try to represent actual homeowners. Our HOA receives zero help from this company and the two successive reps that have been assigned to our community. Many of the community’s issues could be reduced if these reps responded consistently and quickly. Our development has a long list of CCVR’s, and the HOA management company is contracted to enforce these items. All they do is collect their fees and do the minimum. They don’t ever bother even visiting the development to see how things look. When a homeowner reports an issue, the onus is on them to do all the work to outline the issue. Try calling them for a critical issue, and you can’t find a representative to pick up the phone. Just a very frustrating experience all the way around.
