Unethical board members who cover for one another. There's no sense in voting when a board member has their hands in the ballots behind closed doors. They manipulate votes to get their puppets in. They are just seat fillers and will do whatever this board member says. Board members harass the homeowners they can't control. They have their puppets do their dirty work so their hands stay clean. They have their puppets file fake charges against people. They cause division in the community when they feel they are losing control. They will turn homeowners against one another and publicly shame and lie to do so.
