I hate this HOA!!! They do not take care of the surrounding landscape/building, they respond in a condescending manner, and act irresponsibly with our treasury. They doubled our costs claiming they need to replace the plumbing yet no repairs have happened in over a year since that went into effect. They are useless and simply extort money out of residents as modern day financial vampires.
