Bryan Farms HOA Reviews

This community is great. We have some great neighbors and the community looks nice. But the current board members DO NOT act in the best interests of the whole community. They fail to follow the state laws governing HOA’s and fail to follow the restrictive covenants in their entirety. They only follow what is convenient to them and will not listen to homeowners. They have also not allowed proper voting procedures, and even went as far as to tell homeowners their "vote wouldn't matter anyway because they have the authority to change it right back." I personally witnessed MANY times when a homeowner would bring up a concern with their governance only to be told they don’t interpret it that way or do not know anything about that. I have also seen them intentionally spread lies about homeowners who they disagree with. This board needs to be voted out and allow people willing to do what’s right by the homeowners to step in. All of this is documented by the way.

This review is about the current (2025/2026) Board of Directors, not the HOA as a whole. This is about the board’s lack of transparency, its effort to enforce restrictions that are far outside the authority of the recorded covenants, and its pattern of representing only the homeowners it agrees with rather than the neighborhood as a whole. There's a lot more I could mention to include not following established state statutes willingly but it would take up the whole page. I have also seen (and heard) them spread lies and false narratives used in ways that appear designed to manipulate rather than inform homeowners fairly.
