Admitted operating NOT as HOA. Worst HOA ever! 2 Master Deeds, BOD doesn't follow anything. Documents are out of order while most not even recorded. BOD is seizing lots for assessments on common area not owned by owners. Death threats, hacking, mail theft and fraud, misappropriation of funds, using reserve as cash cow.
