My experience with Sterling Association Services has been extremely disappointing. I have repeatedly raised documented concerns involving HOA enforcement, nuisance complaints, community safety, gate/access issues, and other ongoing association-related matters, yet I have often received dismissive responses, redirection, or little meaningful resolution. What has been especially frustrating is what I perceive as inconsistent enforcement. The HOA has been willing to enforce certain rules against homeowners, while complaints I have submitted about comparable or more serious conduct have not received the same level of attention. I have also raised concerns involving the HOA’s relationship with third-party service providers, including submetering and waste services, where homeowners can be financially affected but may have limited ability to choose alternatives. Homeowners should be able to expect transparent communication, consistent enforcement of governing documents, fair complaint handling, and meaningful accountability from a management company. Based on my experience, Sterling Association Services has fallen far short of those expectations. I would strongly encourage prospective communities and homeowners to carefully review their management practices, complaint procedures, vendor arrangements, and enforcement policies before working with this company.
