Anthem Parkside at Merrill Ranch HOA Reviews

AAM is the worst! The president lives across the street from us and I think we have become a target! We forgot our over priced HOA fees were due. But, after we paid the fee and late fees, they still sent a demand notice which cost an additional $70 to the $600 we already paid. We have been late before by accident but I have never seen a demand notice. But they did give us a violation for having our garage cans on the side by our gate and not inside the gates only one day after garbage day!! So ridiculous!! They are so annoying and we will never buy a house in an HOA ever again!!
