These people are ratchet and they lie. I have had a terrible experience living here. Management and the board have been unresponsive, dismissive, and seem to avoid taking responsibility whenever problems are reported. One ongoing issue is that board members and residents feed ducks around the property. As a result, duck droppings are everywhere—on my car, near my front door, and throughout the area. The smell is awful. The ducks also nest in the bushes by my entrance, and their eggs have been accidentally destroyed during routine landscaping because no one knew they were there. The property itself has serious maintenance issues. The roof is deteriorating, and water leaks have caused electrical problems and what appears to be black mold inside my unit. Water is running through the walls, and the condition of the building seems to be getting worse. Despite reporting these issues, I have not seen meaningful action taken. There are also nuisance problems that management refuses to address, including stray or free-roaming cats that have scratched my vehicles and damaged my car cover. If you’re considering renting or living here, I would strongly encourage you to think twice. In my experience, serious maintenance and quality-of-life issues are ignored, and getting help has been extremely frustrating.
