Aperion is deceitful, manipulative, and unprofessional.

Aperion is deceitful, manipulative, and unprofessional. Aperion treats homeowners as a revenue stream, not clients, and every fine and billable hour is another line on their invoice. They count on volunteer boards not reading their own documents, and when a director does, Aperion goes after the director instead of fixing the problem. If you care about your community’s money or your neighbors, hire someone else.
