The board is arrogant and overconfident in their knowledge of HOAs.

The board is arrogant and overconfident in their knowledge of HOAs. They continually break rules, miss filings, say things that are incorrect and they refuse to listen to anyone or let anyone speak. The emails they send are incredibly insulting. It’s a shame because almost everyone is super friendly.
