Novele has been managing our community for over a year and it looks worst than ever.
Novele has been managing our community for over a year and it looks worst than ever. No Financials are available on the website. I have asked multiple times at board meetings and emails and still nothing. They never answer emails. What is this company hiding?? The board doesn't care about this community either. They are non existent around the property.
