Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever!! The HOA had to redo elections, but still a corrupt process! Most of the people are old, like really old, so do as they are told. Go to another community unless you want one step above nursing home then this place is golden because you take your own nightly meds. Made a huge mistake moving here with the cliques. You are NOT in for a good experience and the HOA is worse than any we’ve experienced.

The president seems like a nice guy but goes behind people back to control who gets on the board.
The president seems like a nice guy but goes behind people back to control who gets on the board. He also has a “wicked queen” who helps run the show. They refuse to answer question about how money is spent. It all seems like a trick of hand. Anyone who ask questions is attacked. Don’t move here!
