These idiots wasted money painting all the rear decks pink and then repainting them after everyone complained. Then they wasted money installing ugly gutters over the front porch awnings. The result?? After 20 years of collecting assessments, they had saved up NOTHING for the new roofs and required a special assessment of $14K from everyone. Absolute idiots.
