Would give 0 stars if that were an option. From alleged illegal elections to a lack of corporate transparency, this HOA has been a constant source of frustration. They do not honor records requests, their insurance practices seem questionable, and there is allegedly a board member with two restraining orders. The board does not follow the bylaws or CC&Rs and appears to selectively target and harass certain homeowners. HOA Management Solutions, LLC counted the annual election votes, and two people were elected to the board despite not being listed on the ballot. HOA Management Solutions, LLC also allegedly had its ACC application rejected but continues to operate.
