We are small and cannot afford a real management company.

We are small and cannot afford a real management company. Our board made some kind of deal with a CAM after she was fired from PR Housing Management. They thought it would save us money, but it was not a good decision. The management company took advantage of an HOA board made up of volunteers who don't read contracts. We paid cheap, and we got cheap.
