Worst Homeowner Experience. I have lived here for 24 years, since the community was new. The common areas are taken care of, but when it comes to individual homes, all you get is lip service. I call my home’s lawn a slum area. It would be even worse if I didn’t pull out the weeds myself. The situation is so bad that residents have to hire their own lawn services.
