Two words to describe these crooks, corruption and malpractice. I’m sure we’re all familiar with scammy HOAs but this one takes the cake. If you are co-signing an apartment with a roomate, expect to pay $600 in just application fees. On top of that, they wait until after the deposit is collected to voice issues and look for any excuse to jip you out of your money. Not even sure why HOAS exist still, would give 0 stars if i could.

Board members who only care about themselves and their friends who own multiple condos or villas. The grounds and buildings look like slums. Not a good place to buy if you are looking to maintain your property values
