Corruption to the core.
Corruption to the core. The HOA is mismanaged, corrupt and wasteful. They hardly do any maintenance and the Boards are a revolving door of the same people over and over. No Transparency, Accountability or Ethics and complete disregard for residents.

From the renter's side, all members of the HOA board are nice people.
From the renter's side, all members of the HOA board are nice people. They take good care of the surrounding property. Great area to live in too.
