People have had sewage issues due to trees that they are supposed to be caring for and they won’t reimburse homeowners. The HOA board does nothing. They will even tell you that but they are consistently raising fees. They selectively enforce rules on certain homeowners. When you have issues, they also do not relay any information about how they addressed the homeowners issues. STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THEM. Had I known they were this bad I would’ve never bought a home here
