They never return phone calls or emails.
They never return phone calls or emails. They go through managers like water and never let the new ones know what's going on with current home owners complaints. There is more but it is so long.

There was a coup and a homeowner group fired all the companies providing services, pools, landscaping, etc. they floundered around, then hiked the HOA fees. It feels like they are building the monies and will then steal it and walk with the cash.

We've had some very good management companies and currently have a very bad one ran by a white South African who behaves as Elon Musk. She is currently going against our governing documents so that she can raise the HOA dues by a very large mount to pay for new roofs rather than allowing owners to vote on a special assessment as per our CC&Rs. I would rather not go on in this format. There a few condos for sale in my community. In spite HOA MS, I think the older vegetation is charming and currently well maintained. The design of the condos is excellent. The homeless a problem. I would say sit in on a board meeting as a condition of sale and lay down your expectations with HOA MS in no uncertain terms before you purchase. Talk to at lease three residents before you purchase. Good luck.
