Dealing with Westward360 over a family condo was a months-long headache. They put a $775 charge on the unit that I never got a clear explanation for, and when I emailed to dispute it, I got nothing back. If you're buying into a building they manage, get every fee in writing up front and don't count on a fast answer when something's actually wrong.
