Worst HOA ever, along with disrespectful board members Lack of responsibility when it comes to fixing outside problems on townhomes. They don’t take responsibility for fixing porches when the wood is rotting. They don’t take responsibility for fixing siding on the townhomes that is broken. They don’t properly maintain the streets when they’re covered with ice and snow. They don’t properly clean the snow and ice off the sidewalks.
