Screwing over excellent paying unit owners. They consistently try to work against court home and condo owners in this community, but not the single-family homes (which are attached, BTW). First, mine and others’ balconies have been deemed dangerous and decrepit for many years. I have stacks of documentation proving they have known about this issue for as long as it has existed. The board and FirstService Residential have refused to do anything about the balconies despite it being their responsibility per CCNRs. Second, they raised our monthly HOA dues by 40% this year, which is illegal, and we are going to court ASAP (they think we dropped the issue). They squander all our money on UNNECESSARY, superfluous projects (proven by weekly emails). Third, they purposely never sent me notices to the ONLY address on file for me about some partially dead tree which needed to be replaced. Of course, they claim otherwise, but USPS Informed Delivery proves it was never sent or received at my address. They also refuse to return the calls of my rental property management company (Green Management) to solve this issue ASAP. As soon as anyone knew about this problem, it was solved, but they are trying to fine me $200 anyway. They will be spending a lot of time in court for $200 because they do not work well with others, especially the good residents.
