<redacted> and his wife <redacted> are the most ignorant, two-faced people, and <redacted> is supposed to be the president, yet has his wife running things for this HOA under the table based on her favoritism. They use association funds to upkeep their house and hate children and other homeowners who don’t agree with <redacted> or <redacted>‘s alleged illegal actions. The latest issue is that my house has fully exposed wood that was replaced in March and has still not been painted four months later. They’ve damaged sewer lines and made many other poor decisions. Fiduciary duty doesn’t seem to exist under <redacted>’s leadership. All you see are unpermitted trees planted throughout the jungle they created, which was once a beautiful community.
