Our manager makes $44,000.00 a year. Works 20 hours a week and still make overtime money every month. Nice soft cushy job. Does not allow people into the actual office unless they are friends or on the board. Allows landscaping if she "likes" it. Thank heavens she is leaving soon. However, the board members give themselves a lovely Christmas party every year at our expense. Tore down the tennis courts without polling the owners, will have an extravagant party with the current manager when she leaves. Is paying the new manager 3 months to "train" for the 20 hour a week job. And routinely denies things just because they don't like them or the person behind whatever they don't like. And get this, no WRITTEN contract with the manager
