Customer service was frustrating. I was repeatedly asked to repeat and spell my name, which made the call take much longer than expected. When the conversation became a little heated, the call was disconnected, and I believe it was ended intentionally. The representative also did not provide her name, only identifying herself as ‘Living Meadows HOA.’
