Light Management Company has not provided satisfactory homeowners association management. It collects annual dues and charges late fees, yet our subdivision continues to show signs of neglect. Issues include visible trash cans, boats, basketball goals, overgrown lawns, homes in need of pressure washing, exposed telephone or cable lines, unauthorized advertising signs, and a poorly maintained front entrance. Homeowners deserve consistent enforcement of community standards, transparent communication, and clear evidence that their dues are being used to maintain and improve the neighborhood. Based on my experience, these responsibilities have not been met.
