First Service is less than zero. Do Not Hire These People: They should change their name to "Worst Service". We cannot figure out how they stay in business because we haven't found even one property that is happy. Four (4) Prop. Mgrs in a year. None of them did a single thing. Now we are terminating and like an abusive relationship they will not let us go and transition to the new company. Stress is your payoff for dealing with them.
