We have a weak HOA board.

We have a weak HOA board. Elite does not provide the education or guidance needed to help the board properly manage the community. Elite does not answer phone calls or acknowledge and respond to emails from residents. The HOA board does not consistently enforce the community covenants, and some board members do not follow certain covenants themselves. The board has stated that it does not intend to police the community, leaving rules unenforced. Parking covenants have been eliminated, garbage cans are left visible, and messy yards are ignored. The board is unwilling to discuss important community issues, and the problems continue to add up. The lack of management, communication, and covenant enforcement is hurting our community’s curb appeal and potentially bringing down property values.
